Shipping

All Riot Alliance jewelry is made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Custom orders may be subject to longer processing times. All items are shipped via USPS and come with a tracking code for your convenience.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns, refunds and exchanges are determined on a case-by-case basis. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and must provide a valid tracking number from USPS or UPS. Items must be returned in unused/unworn condition and in their original packaging. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been processed. All custom orders and 14k solid gold items are FINAL SALE—no returns, refunds or exchanges accepted.

Sale Items

Discounted items are non-refundable and may be returned for exchange or store credit ONLY.

Reoxidizing & Plating Services

Oxidized silver pieces may be returned and reoxidized free of charge. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and must provide a valid tracking number from USPS or UPS. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for worn out oxidized silver, as this wear and tear is natural and not considered a defect.

14k Gold vermeil pieces may be replated for a small fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and must provide a valid tracking number from USPS or UPS. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for worn out gold vermeil, as this wear and tear is natural and not considered a defect.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Riot Alliance is not liable for any package that is lost or stolen via USPS, including order shipments and returns.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change a recent jewelry order, you must contact us within 24 hours of when you placed your order. Our pieces are handmade to order, and production begins on them right away.

Due to material costs in casting and starting handmade work, a cancellation fee may be deducted from your refund if your request is received after the 24 hour grace period.

Sound Healing Rescheduling & Cancellations

All private sound healing sessions and events require a deposit, with the exception of free services offered at community events. Customer must provide at least 7 days notice to reschedule an individual session. Sessions may not be rescheduled more than twice. Late notice and no-shows will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Customer must provide at least 30 days notice to cancel a large group session or event. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Riot Alliance reserves the right to reschedule a session or event in case of emergency or inclement weather.

All sales are final for ticketed events.
